About She Surfs Collective
All Girls Surf Retreats

Our Philosophy
She Surfs Collective is all about creating an inclusive space where women can feel comfortable and empowered—especially in the male-dominated world of surfing. Our retreats are designed for women to connect with like-minded souls, go on unforgettable surf trips, and be part of a crew that’s there to cheer you on and push through the wipeouts together.

Our focus is on community, wellbeing, nature, and movement. We prioritize epic locations with a variety of surf spots nearby, offering options for all skill levels and board lengths. It’s not just about surfing—it’s about exploring, growing, and finding your surf besties along the way.

At She Surfs Collective, we believe in the power of shared experiences, supporting each other, and creating lifelong friendships both in and out of the water.
Jules - Host & Founder
Hey, I’m Jules, founder of She Surfs Collective.
I'm living in a small, laid-back coastal town and surfing every day. My surf journey started in 2021 when I solo traveled through Central America. Traveling alone, I realised how special it is to have a supportive girls’ crew in the lineup—to cheer each other on and push through those wipeouts together.

I’ve always dreamed of bringing like-minded women together for surf retreats, but I know how expensive they can be—I’ve often had to pass on them myself. That’s why I started She Surfs Collective, with the goal of making surf retreats more affordable and accessible.

I can’t wait to meet you, no matter where you’re coming from. This is a place for making lifelong friendships, catching waves, and empowering one another. Because girls who wipe out together, stay together!

Flavie - Co Host &
Lead Photographer
Hey, I’m Flavie, the lead photographer!

My journey into photography began with a simple camera and a love for being outdoors. My work reflects my passion for spontaneous moments and the unique rhythm of daily surfing life.

I met Jules while we were both traveling solo along the coast. What started as a chance encounter quickly grew into a friendship built on our shared passions. We discovered the joy of surfing together instead of alone, and it inspired us to recreate that sense of community for others.

Now, as part of the SheSurfs Collective, I’m here to capture lifelong memories and celebrate the vibrant connections we make along the way.

I’m thrilled to be part of the SheSurfs Collective and can’t wait to meet you all!
